IM Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the IM ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the IM business with agility. As part of the IM Transcend program, we are looking for a strong leader that can set direction and can drive deployment of **ERP Finance & VCM capabilities to support our Innovative Medicine Supply Chain business** , based on proven knowledge and experience in the fields of **Financial Operations, Supply Chain Integration, Intercompany Sales and Toll Manufacturing,** and a solid understanding of End to End Supply Chain ERP flows. The role will be an active member of the IM Supply Chain JJT team, driving global standardization of ERP technology solutions within Innovative Medicine. The ERP Deployment Lead will focus on deployment activities for specific program releases, including but not limited to: + Gathering of localization requirements and design of specific regional, site or function requirements in scope of a program release. + Aligning business and technology roadmaps across IM Transcend and relevant interdependent programs for the release. + Ensuring a future-proof solution design that meets localization needs whilst fully integrated with the IM Transcend global template. + Managing deployment test cycles, supporting data loads, technical/business go live and hypercare for the release. The role will partner closely with business process owners, technical product owners, ecosystem owners and various vendor partners to ensure end to end capabilities are supported and evolved. **Key Responsibilities:** **Requirements & Roadmap** + Engage with business and technology community to gather localization requirements in scope of a program release. Support business owners with the definition of process flows and business requirements. + Manage Fit-Gap assessment versus template solution and high-level design of specific regional, site or function requirements. Collaborate with technology product owners to manage KDD’s and identify the required RICEF’s. + Align business and technology roadmaps across IM Transcend and relevant interdependent programs and manage the high-level milestone plan for the release. + Formalize the release scope and effort assessment and align with all the relevant program stakeholders across the business and technology ecosystem. **Future-proof solution design** + Engage with business and functional teams in providing the best fit technical solutions while aligning to the IM Transcend template design and implementation standards. + Support selection of product/platform solution options, work with the Product teams to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing and to balance tech debt. + Drive solution design of specific localization requirements e.g., ecosystem integration, forms, reports, etc. + Manage alignment of integrated build across scrum teams to ensure the end-to-end build of each part of a solution is compliant and works as designed. **Testing & Deployment** + Coordinate planning and execution of System Integration Testing across functional teams (SIT); Support business workstream leads to plan and complete Business Simulation (BST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). + Support mock data loads and manage defect resolution for SIT, BST and UST test cycles. Coordinate end-to-end testing across project workstreams and ecosystem teams. + Ensure business and system readiness for go live.
