Reporting to the Sustaining Engineering Manager, the ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing product data and ERP system performance to support operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. This role ensures data integrity, system efficiency, and continuous improvement across platforms. 

This position is part of the Engineering department located in Hemet, CA and will be Onsite with a Flex Schedule. 

In this role, a typical day will look like: 

Managing and configuring product data, including part numbers, attributes, and manufacturing workflows. 

Developing data mapping processes to align product information with business requirements. 

Maintaining and updating databases to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms. 

Assisting in ERP system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features. 

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, sales) to refine data input procedures and ensure seamless integration. 

Identifying and resolving data discrepancies, conducting validation checks, and supporting system improvements. 

Providing technical support for ERP-related issues and assisting users with system navigation. 

Creating and maintaining documentation related to product data integration and system workflows. 

Managing and troubleshooting order entry within the ERP system. 

Conducting user training and creating documentation on ERP system best practices. 

Ensuring compliance with company policies and data security regulations. 

Observing and following all safety regulations and company policies. 

The essential requirements of the job include: 

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. 

5–10 years of experience working with ERP systems architecture in an IT systems or technical support role. 

Proven experience in data integration, product configuration, or system management and architecture. 

Strong proficiency in database management, ERP systems, or data processing tools. 

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. 

Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple data-driven projects.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD per year.
