If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Job Summary** The ERN Coordinator is responsible for managing and resolving packages that require input from the origin or shipper due to unsuccessful delivery attempts in Singapore. This includes handling import packages and ensuring timely resolution through the ERN system. The role also involves daily monitoring of ERN notifications, tracking expired packages, and determining when items should be abandoned. The ERN Coordinator also prepares weekly reports on pending packages and supports the monthly abandonment process for items held in the abandon cage for over six months. **Job Responsibilities:** ERN Follow Up + Monitor and follow up daily on transferred notifications (TR) from the ERN system. + Process Return to Shipper (RTS) requests using ERA and generate return labels. + Update the abandon log with necessary details and move items to the abandon cage. + Track expired packages using ERA and follow up accordingly. + Manage ongoing package issues, including repeated contact attempts and awaiting shipper responses. + Coordinate monthly abandonment/disposal of packages, including preparing and submitting the abandonment list and supporting in-house supervisor and Security department with the process. Operational Support + Sort and deliver warehouse volume each morning. + Manage POD process for house mail that is collected by internal stakeholders + Assist with late warehouse pickups/Cycle 16 operations + Support self-lodge and self-collect processes + Serve as backup for CEC + Perform ad-hoc tasks, including onsite support at customer's site **Job Requirements:** + Possess a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain or related fields + Demonstrate strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications + Display learning agility to learn new tools + Reliable, detail-oriented individual who is committed to task completion + Able to lift up to 20kg packages, although this is infrequent (approximately 50% of the work is desk-bound) + Willing to work 5.5 days/week with below working hourso **Monday to Friday: 09:00am – 6:00pm** o **Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm** **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
