Ergonomics Young Professional

Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa runs a highly successful 1-year Training Program for Young Professionals from various fields of study. These young professionsal are provided with an invaluable opportunity to gain practical experience and training. We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated graduates, who posse the following behaviours: 
•    Excellence - Deliver and own it. 
•    Focus - Do only what matters, and bias for action. 
•    Collaboration - Seek understanding and solve together. 
 

Requirements/eligibility to apply:

•    Applicants are required to have successfully completed their degree with a focus on Ergonomics/ Human Factors with a pass rate of 65% or higher.

•    CEA/CEA-in-training certification.
•    Knowledge of various domains of ergonomics (including Physiology, Biomechanics, Anatomy, Cognitive, Organisational and Psychosocial aspects). 
•    Knowledge of how and when to use various ergonomics risk assessment tools. 
•    Knowledge of how and when to use various data analysis techniques. 
•    Knowledge of how to holistically apply ergonomics principles to create interventions to improve environments, process, and tools.
•    In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. 
•    Professional and ethical behaviour. 
•    Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
•    Applicants needs to be between the ages of 18-35.
