The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, and supporting staff within a designated department or clinical area. This role involves overseeing workflows, managing resources, and fostering collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for clinical inquiries, process improvements, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

1-3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting required 1-2 years of prior experience in a coordination role preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to oversee complex patient care situations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among interdisciplinary teams. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for addressing operational challenges. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and quality improvement practices. Ability to train, mentor, and support clinical staff in adhering to best practices and standards.Licenses and Certifications
