Title: Registered Nurse - ER

Schedule:

As an RN at MercyOne, you will:

 Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent patient care for all age groups requiring stabilization, and/or resuscitationKey accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practiceTriage and prioritizing care needsCrisis intervention for unique patient populations (e.g., sexual assault survivors) and emergency operations preparednessAdherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANAActive participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities

General Requirements: 

Special Training: ACLS; Basic Life Support; PALSTraining Preferred: Baccalaureate in Nursing, TNCCLicensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Iowa; Registered Nurse in Illinois within 1 year.Experience: No experience required.
