What will you do?

Support the Industrials Research AnalystFundamental analysis of Canadian and US Industrials companiesDevelop and enhance detailed company specific and industry macro financial modelsMaintain and develop sector specific databases and presentationsMaintain relationships with coverage companies, investors and others internally within Capital MarketsAnalyze financial statements, company specific information and industry specific dataAssist with writing research notes and sector reports

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

An undergraduate degree with a focus on Business/FinanceA CA/CMA, MBA, CFA designation or CFA exam enrollment is preferredEfficient writing capabilitiesStrong computer skills (Excel) with ability to quickly learn new platformsDetail oriented with solid analytical skills and ability to synthesize data points into trends beyond the mainstreamEnergetic, self-motivated and an ability to perform under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines, sometimes for extended periods of timeDemonstrated passion for equity/financial markets

Nice-to-have:

Previous experience in the Industrials sector or Research related role an asset
