As an Equity Research Analyst, you will support the coverage of the Retail & Healthcare stocks, with strong emphasis on the region. This position is fully in-person, based in Brazil. You will work closely with the Senior Analysts based in São Paulo, contributing to the development of investment recommendations through detailed financial analysis and valuation modeling.

Responsibilities:

Synthesize, assess, and maintain industry data. Maintenance and further development of macro-models.Prepare regular earnings previews and work on earnings reviews.Build, update and maintain financial and valuation models. Draft reports/notes on relevant investment themes and events. Substantial contribution to regular in-depth product reports.Regular liaison with global JPMC analysts, macro and strategy team, and sales/trading team 

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fieldsProficient in English (written and spoken)Experience in Equity Research or related fieldsProven experience with financial statement analysisAdvanced Excel, financial modelling and accounting skills.Strong presentation skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment, with strong organizational and multitasking skillsCFA certification is a plusAvailable to work in-person at our São Paulo office
