**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Equity Plan Administrator to oversee and manage all aspects of CBRE’s global equity compensation program. Responsible for the day-to-day equity awards, compliance with internal policies and external regulations, employee communications, and coordination with key internal and external partners (including Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR and our equity platform provider.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Administer CBRE’s global equity plans in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the equity management platform (Fidelity).
+ Process new grants, exercises, vesting events, terminations, cancellations, and transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and executives on equity-related questions, including grant details, taxation, and platform navigation.
+ Partner with Payroll, Legal, and Finance to ensure correct reporting, tax withholding, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations).
+ Assist with quarterly and annual reporting, including financial statement disclosures, 10-K/10-Q filings (for public companies), and proxy statement tables.
+ Support board and compensation committee processes with data, documentation, and meeting materials.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international laws, including SEC rules and Section 16 reporting.
+ Partner with Legal to monitor and maintain insider trading windows, blackout periods, and 10b5-1 plans.
+ Participate in the design, review, and implementation of new or revised equity programs and policies.
+ Participate in compensation surveys in order to understand competitive practice and compensation levels for executives.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; CEP (Certified Equity Professional) a strong plus.
+ 3–7+ years of experience administering equity plans at a public company.
+ Knowledge of U.S. and international equity compensation practices, including tax and legal considerations.
+ Familiarity with Section 409A, Section 83(b), IRC, ASC 718, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
+ Ability to communicate complex equity concepts to employees of all levels.
+ Experience working with equity administration platforms.
+ Experience at a global publicly traded company.
+ Working knowledge of pertinent tax regulations, reporting and compliance requirements.
+ Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment especially during peak periods.
+ Demonstrated ability to conduct complex analysis.
+ Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to apply excellent written and verbal communication skills to accurately explain/report activity.
+ In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets.
