Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Equity Compensation Analyst to support the design, administration, and compliance of our equity-based compensation programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of stock plans, while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver a seamless employee equity experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Equity Compensation Analyst will administer and maintain equity compensation plans, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPPs
* Process equity transactions such as grants, exercises, releases, and cancellations using equity management systems (e.g., Shareworks, E*TRADE, Carta)
* Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping and reporting of equity awards in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, IRS, SOX)
* Partner with Legal and Finance to support SEC filings (e.g., Form 4s, 10-K, 10-Q) and financial reporting (e.g., ASC 718)
* Prepare and distribute employee grant agreements and related communications
* Support employee education and onboarding related to equity compensation
* As an Equity Compensation Analyst, you will reconcile equity data with payroll, HRIS, and finance systems
* Assist with proxy statement preparation and shareholder reporting
* Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking related to equity practices
* Support audits and respond to internal and external inquiries regarding equity programs
