Equity Compensation Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Equity Compensation Analyst in New York, NY. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Equity Compensation Analyst to support the design, administration, and compliance of our equity-based compensation programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of stock plans, while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver a seamless employee equity experience. Key Responsibilities: * Equity Compensation Analyst will administer and maintain equity compensation plans, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPPs * Process equity transactions such as grants, exercises, releases, and cancellations using equity management systems (e.g., Shareworks, E*TRADE, Carta) * Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping and reporting of equity awards in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, IRS, SOX) * Partner with Legal and Finance to support SEC filings (e.g., Form 4s, 10-K, 10-Q) and financial reporting (e.g., ASC 718) * Prepare and distribute employee grant agreements and related communications * Support employee education and onboarding related to equity compensation * As an Equity Compensation Analyst, you will reconcile equity data with payroll, HRIS, and finance systems * Assist with proxy statement preparation and shareholder reporting * Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking related to equity practices * Support audits and respond to internal and external inquiries regarding equity programs
