About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded attorney to join our Legal Department as Assistant General Counsel supporting the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) businesses. This role will provide strategic legal advice and transactional support across a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings, corporate share repurchases and liability management transactions.

5+ years of Law experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationActive State Bar membership or the equivalent in a country outside the United States
