About the team

What you’ll do

Stripe is looking for an equity professional to help manage and scale a world class global equity program. We’re looking for a well-rounded equity professional focused on strong customer service, commitment to accuracy, and high quality work. You’re a team player who is ready to roll up your sleeves and do the job right.

Responsibilities Own the integrity and accuracy of equity data in Shareworks including the equity plan and capitalization table Accurately process equity activity, including grants, share issuances, RSU releases, option exercises, and stock purchase plan allocations, ensuring regulatory compliance Maintain accurate participant data  Work and collaborate with cross functional business partners (accounting, tax, payroll, compensation, legal and others) Perform monthly, quarterly and annual equity activity reconciliations Have a user first mentality when helping Stripes Foster exceptional equity participant experiences by creating presentations, answering inquiries, developing educational resources, and managing the internal equity site Develop streamlined equity administration processes, system automations, and global tax compliance strategies Who you are

Minimum requirements B.A. or B.S. Degree 3+ years of equity experience at a fast growing company, preferably in both the private and public sector Advanced Excel, G-suite skills Function autonomously and adapt swiftly within a dynamic setting, handling duties that span equity administration, participant education, global compliance and taxation Experience with Shareworks and ability to learn new systems quickly Preferred qualifications Experience scaling equity at a fast growing company Strong interpersonal skills, self motivated and customer service oriented Exposure to international compliance and tax mobility CEP Level 3 designation
