This opportunity is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Responsibilities:

Business analysis effort to deliver critical projectsRequirements gathering to Citi standardsManagement of project deliveries – business, tech mandatory and regulatory, as assignedChairing and driving status meetings, SCRUMS, and other meetings as neededResolve day-to-day project issues and conflicting workload prioritiesReporting on project statuses, next steps and issues / risks to stakeholders and sponsorsAssisting and supporting user community with change managementOverseeing production of test casesEnsuring release contents understood by the business, including producing release notesTracking release cycles

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

Experience: 6-10 years of experienceSignificant Business Analysis / Project Management experience across the full project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment). Proven delivery record of multiple projects involving process change and technology enhancements. Equities front office experience, particularly in the Delta 1 (Equities Swap) and Cash Equities Low/High Touch is preferredUnderstanding of IOI’s and Trade Advertisements is preferred.Understanding of the Pre-trade , Compliance & Regulatory  controlsUnderstanding of regulatory constraints and experience in delivering regulatory projects is extremely desirableExposure to Agile project management is preferred

Skill set requires evidence of : Ability to handle complex projects independentlyProblem-solving and facilitation skillsKnowledge of the key functions and processes of Delta 1 and Cash businessSelf-motivation and prioritization of tasks and actions to hit deadlines according to business prioritiesStrong inter-personal skillsEnthusiastic and proactive approachGood attention to detail and relevant product knowledge

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
