DescriptionEquipment Technician is responsible for all the Kitchen & Laundry equipment’s maintenance as instructed by equipment technician supervisor while adhering to Hotel policies and procedures, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as fans.\n

Key ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities:\nEnsure that all kitchen & laundry equipment’s are properly maintained and service to upkeep all equipment’s and to avoid breakdown.\nPerform preventive maintenance and completes the turn-over quickly and efficiently in order to satisfy and meet the Guest needs.  \nRespond to breakdowns of equipment’s and being available in case of emergency and applying the appropriate action as per Hotel policy and standards.\nOperate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.\nComply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.\nMake adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.\nAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.\n

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nNationality: Lebanese
Education: BSc of Engineering/ certified technical diploma in mechanical (HVAC) or electrical
\nExperience: Minimum 3 years of experience and Very good knowledge of Kitchen & Laundry Equipment maintenance.
Language: Arabic-English

 Competencies: \n\nComputer, Software office (word, Excel, Access)\nEngineering Administration system \nKnowledge on repairing process, equipment and machine\nKnowledge on Engineering procedures and standards\nProblem solving and decision making\nworking under pressure\nPeople Oriented\n\n
