Your Opportunity: Taylor Visual Impressions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a skilled Equipment Operator in our Finishing department to manage both finishing equipment and wide-format digital presses in a fast-paced environment. You’ll take the lead on complex finishing jobs, perform color calibrations, and ensure high-quality output throughout the production run.

Your Shift:

1st Shift; Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:30pm

Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Your Responsibilities:

Read and interpret job tickets to set up finishing and press equipment correctlyOperate a variety of equipment: folding, stitching, coiling, cutting, gluing, digital pressesConduct color calibration and maintain consistent color output on digital pressesInspect work for quality assurance throughout the production processPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtimeTrack inventory, place finished goods in designated areas, and maintain accurate labelsCoordinate with production leads to meet job deadlinesFollow all safety and housekeeping procedures

You Must Have:

Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalentAt least 1–2 years of experience operating finishing or digital press equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independentlySolid understanding of production workflows and quality standardsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple jobs under time constraintsBasic math and measurement skillsDependable, punctual, and open to flexible shifts/overtimeWillingness to learn and grow within the role

Requirements within this position:  

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
