**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
+ Load and unload materials to and from designated areas
+ Follow site safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely operations
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
+ Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures in an industrial setting
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
