Join us and build _your_ ambition. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Amrize is recruiting full-time day and night shift Equipment Operators at the Stringtown, OK quarry. The shift differential for the night shift (6 pm - 6 am). **WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH** + Operates dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, or other types of large equipment used for paving or moving, grading and compacting earth, sand, gravel, stone and/or asphalt materials + Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. + Practice and promote safety by including but not limited to assessing risks before starting tasks, only performing authorized activities, and utilizing appropriate PPE. + Exercise and encourage core values including but not limited to developing self and coaching others by inspiration and empowerment + Ensures that safety, compliance, and environmental requirements are followed at all times + Loads material into bins, into crushers, into trucks, or plants, moving earth or other materials from one location to another + Performs visual and safety inspection of equipment; Maintains appearance of the equipment, proper air pressure in tires, proper fluid levels, and performs minor repairs as needed + Completes paperwork that may be necessary; assists with other duties required + Other duties as needed + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** + Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent + Required Work Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience + Ability to read and write + Excellent driving skills + Valid Driver’s License **Additional Requirements:** + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
