JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Change and grease bearings as part of routine and preventative maintenanceOperate effectively in outdoor settings and inclement weather conditionsWork independently and as part of a team, supporting other staff as needed 

Receive positive feedback from supervisors and team members regarding communication, reliability, and teamwork.Participate in technical training or safety briefings as required, demonstrating continuous improvement in skills and knowledge.

Proven experience with grading equipment, conveyor systems, and mechanical components.Ability to read and follow maintenance schedules or repair manuals.Willingness to embrace change and operate with a sense of urgency.Previous experience in a farming or agricultural environment is an asset.

Travel: As required.
