岗位职责：
设备设施故障处理
1、快速解决生产过程中故障，减少停机时间, 最小化设备对生产的影响，主要设备有数控车，加工中心，行车，叉车，检测设备；
2、经济有效决设施故障；
3、配合生产、安全部门解决设备运行中的技术问题，支持生产效能改善和安全改善。

设备设施维护保养
1、制定并执行年度设备预防性维护计划（PM），定期检查关键部件
2、制订设备设施日常点检标准，指导培训、核查日常维护状况
3、编写设备操作与维护SOP，培训/核查操作人员正确使用设备
4、记录设备维护数据，建立维修档案，跟踪设备运行状态，避免计划外停机
5、水、电、气能耗及相关设施管理，日常数据收集，跟踪，及时发现异常及解决
6、设备备品备件/工装夹具刀具管理，优化备品备件、工装夹具、刀具成本
7、 特种设备维护保养

技术支持与持续优化
1、    根据需要主导新设备/设施,选型、安装、调试及验收
2、    识别、主导设备/设施的各种原因（提高效率，改善设备稳定性等）技术改造或升级；

资源管理
1、    编制及实施部门年度费用, 含相关固定资产及费用管理，不断优化费用节约成本
2、     协调采购，生产、 维修等资源解决问题
3、     参与外协/外购相关供应商的选择和评估

岗位要求：
1.    大专及以上学历，机械工程、机电一体化、电气自动化等相关专业
2.    3年以上机加行业设备维修经验，熟悉数控机床、传统机床或钣金设备的结构与原理。
3.    具备Fanuc、Siemens、哈斯等数控系统调试经验者优先。
4.    熟练掌握机械传动、液压/气动系统、电气控制等维修技能。
5.    能读懂机械图纸、电气原理图，使用检测工具
6.    会基础PLC编程或故障诊断能力者加分
7.    持有电工证、钳工证或机械设备维修相关证书优先
8.    良好的计划、沟通、协调和解决问题的能力
