Equipment Finance Ops Analyst 1 (Money Movement Team)
Description

Summary:

The Equipment Finance Ops Analyst 1 is responsible for processing invoices for payment.  This includes validating that invoices have proper approvals, entering invoices for multiple vendor types, processing checks, verifying information for accuracy, and mailing checks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Verify invoices have proper approval consistent with company guidelines.Accurately and timely enter data for Asset Finance payable invoices.              Review and process compliance check requests for monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax payments.Review and process integrated funding transactions from various loan and leasing systems into the payables system.Mail/Distribute checks.  End of day balancing for checks/wires using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.Research and follow up on payable inquiries submitted through an internal accounts payable ticket system.Provide back-up support for the Disbursements Department and complete other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.

3+ years related work experienceExperience with Microsoft ExcelEfficient PC SkillsDetail-orientedStrong organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to multi-taskExperience with loan and leasing payable system integrated processing into payables system

Compensation Range:

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
