GENERAL FUNCTION:
Monitors the Commercial Equipment Finance's lease and loan portfolio for portfolio quality and customer service functions. Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of complex equipment finance loan/lease transactions ,including: customer requests/adjustments, payment requests, customer service and collection efforts for both direct and affiliate transactions, payment reconciliation and delinquencies related to bought and sold transactions, credit compliance related to financialstatements and covenant tracking, compliance related to titles, UCCs and insurance tracking for all assets, quality review of equipment finance transactions booked to the AFS or Info lease system, and project related tasks.

While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists Team Leader to ensure that all areas of account reconciliation/documentation, compliance (UCC's, Insurance, Financial Statements, Titles, etc.) and customer service are maintained effectively, efficiently and at theexpectedlevelofcustomerservice for both internal and external customers.Assists Team Leader with monthly, weekly and daily reporting to monitor the workflow and performance of the team of collectors, customer service and collateral agents.Monitors financial statement and covenant compliance and distributes segregation of portfolio to customer service representatives to ensure timely collection and is in compliance with the Credit Excellence program standards.Assistwithcollectioneffortsas necessary.Assists with Quality Assurance function including, but not limited to in depth post booking quality review of lease and loan transactions including documentation, pricing, InfoLease booking, and vendor invoices,insuranceandUCC/Titleperfection.Communicate quality review findings to Team Lead.Monitors all floating rate loans that require interest accruals to be updated manually and perform reconcilations to source's servicing notification and amortization schedule. Maintains historical information onservicingnotificationsforreconciliationpurposes and requests updates to Infolease servicing system as necessary. SME for providing feedback to investors on servicing system adjustments for floating interest rate changes and accruals. Ensuredelinquencies aremonitoredcloselyand notificationis provided to investor as required.Establish, foster and maintain strong working relationships with the Commercial Bank (portfolio managers, underwriters, credit officers, senior bankers, relationship managers) to improve the overall customer experiencespecifictoEquipmentFinanceloan/lease servicing.Facilitate and contribute to the process of continuous improvement by making process enhancement recommendations, assisting in procedure development, and identifying gaps that impact effectiveness and productivity.Support the Portfolio Quality/Customer Service functions as needed.Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
5 plus years related work experience providing equipment finance products on a nationwide basis.Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, & AccessInfo Lease experience preferredBachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or similar field requiredAbility to read and interpret commercial loan and lease documents, including documents prepared internally, by outside counsel and external source documentsStrong Customer Service OrientationExcellent analytical abilityWORKING CONDITIONS:

Compensation:
The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the US. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
