Together with our employees we constantly strive to create a better world of mobility.Job Responsibilities:Designs, installs, maintains, and optimizes equipment to ensure efficient production while adhering to safety standards. Troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Your Responsibilities:
Planning of equipment for the production process: define specifications for new and modified equipment.Proven experience in equipment design, installation, maintenance, and optimization within a manufacturing environment.Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Develop preventive maintenance schedules and promptly diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions.Safety and Compliance: Ensure equipment complies with safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of equipment specifications and performance metrics, and prepare reports.Collaboration and Training: Work with other departments to meet equipment needs and train staff on proper use and maintenance.Maintain traceability of toolingWho we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.Ability to analyze production processes and implement improvements.Experience in training staff on equipment use and maintenance, and providing leadership in equipment-related projects.Your preferred qualifications:
Experience in the automotive industryCertified Safety Professional (CSP)
