DESCRIPTION:

As a Equipment Coordinator at Lunda Construction, reporting to the Equipment Manager, you will have the opportunity to support the Equipment Department by performing a wide variety of administrative and equipment record-keeping tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Manage rental equipment logistics across multiple divisions

Maintain rental modules using appointed software reporting

Code rental invoices for the various divisions

Company-wide Certificate of Insurance (COI) management for rentals

Coordinate quarterly insurance updates from carrier.

Handle annual vehicle insurance updates and distribution

Process registration renewals for company vehicles

Administer fuel card program and pickup truck assignments

Manage vehicle lease invoicing and maintenance programs

Collect and file weekly equipment inspection reports

Monitor toll usage and manage off-road fuel tax submissions

Perform various administrative filings and tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, bookkeeping, or recordkeeping roles

Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advance knowledge of Excel preferred)

Familiarity with JD Edwards system is a bonus

Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with complex systems
