Our client, a leading provider in the equipment rental industry, is seeking an Equipment Associate to join their team. As an associate you will supporting  various branch personnel in repairs, maintenance to meeting customer needs, . The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service focus, effective communication skills, and a strong ability to work in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Associate

Location: Naples, FL

Pay Range: $22-23hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

Provide labor assistance to service technicians, sales staff, and other branch personnel engaged in meeting customers' needs. Assist with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental. Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working order. Greet customers and assist with customer inquiries about equipment. Load and unload rental equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

High school diploma and valid driver's license required. Mechanical experience  5-7 years of experience in a related field. Mechanically inclined with the ability to diagnose problems and find solutions with minimal instruction. Strong teamwork skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
