Responsible for making sure patients meal trays are delivered in a timely fashion with great customer service. Provide high customer service and demonstrate a commitment to meeting the customers’ expectations. Expected to be very courteous and professional in manner and appearance. Cross-train in areas as the need arises. Perform task as requested by your manager on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: + High school diploma or GED + 18 years of age + 6 months hospital experience + Basic knowledge of therapeutic diets + Skills/Abilities: + Customer service skills + Accountability + Good Decision making + Flexibility + Collaboration with others + Leadership Skills + Teamwork Preferred Requirements: + At least 1 year in a management or lead position preferred. + Ability to problem solve + Technical Aptitude + Experience managing priorities and deadlines + Interpersonal skills
