**Roles & Responsibilities:**
+ Support Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) production, testing and troubleshooting of aircraft components and systems.
+ Responsible for operational readiness of major test equipment
+ To work closely with the OEM on all technical matters
+ To work closely with test equipment OEM to address failures in a timely manner
+ Implement technical investigation, testing and troubleshooting processes and techniques to determine root-causes of problems
+ Management of investigation, testing and troubleshooting methodologies to improve product first pass yield
+ To lead in the investigation, fault isolation and root cause analysis of technical defects
+ To work on process improvement projects for better efficiency
+ To support New Production Introduction
+ Manage & coordinate with third party facility management vendor in facilities maintenance and building services to ensure deliverables are completed
+ Manage & oversee daily operations of facilities inspection, complete all documentation necessary to the completion of a task and execute corrective measures as required
+ Any other duties as required by business
+ Comply with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations
**Requirements:**
+ Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
+ Candidates with experience in test equipment troubleshooting and maintenance will have an added advantage
+ Understand engineering drawings, schematics, tool/bench drawings and other technical documents associated with manufacturing hardware
+ Flexible and ability to adapt to multi-cultural and quick changing environment
+ Ability to work independently and across multiple time zones, when required
+ Ability to learn and work with new and diverse technologies
+ Strong interpersonal skill
+ Able to multi-task with a “can-do” attitude.
+ Good oral and written communication skills
+ Good proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
