Job Description

Perform repair, and diagnostics on electromechanical equipment used in manufacturing processes, ensuring functionality and contributing to the continuity of production operations.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead, and motivate the maintenance team, promoting a collaborative work environment and ensuring and efficiency.Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring procedures are carried out according to operational and quality standards.Coordinate the daily tasks of the maintenance team, assign resources based on priorities, and ensure efficient execution of scheduled activities.Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with current safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment for all employees.Resolve technical issues, minimizing operational impact and optimizing equipment downtime.Manage the budget allocated for maintenance activities, looking to increase resources and reduce unnecessary costs.Prepare and maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, incidents, and other relevant aspects of the department.Perform additional maintenance-related tasks by our organization and management directives.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Education: Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar industrial maintenance position.Experience diagnosing and repairing electromechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.Interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams.Experience maintaining industrial equipment (including laser systems, wave soldering machines).Familiarity with ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 standards.Experience using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.Knowledge of SAP, GPM, and AutoCAD (intermediate level).

Certifications and Additional Skills:

Yellow Belt in continuous improvement methodologies.Leadership and teamwork skills
