Equine Client Service Representative
Job Summary
At Massachusetts Equine Clinic in Uxbridge, MA, we pride ourselves on providing top-tier veterinary care while building lasting relationships with our clients. As our Equine Client Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming voice and friendly face that clients interact with first—whether answering a call, scheduling a visit, or greeting them at the door. This is a dynamic, client-facing position where no two days are the same. In addition to exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for helping both horses and their people, you’ll bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset to even the most fast-paced days.
Our ideal candidate is a team player with a strong background in client service and extensive equine knowledge—veterinary experience is a plus—and thrives in a role that blends organization, problem-solving, and compassion. We value flexibility, work-life balance, and a collaborative spirit, and we’re excited to welcome someone who shares our commitment to outstanding equine care.
