eQube Integration Application/Systems Administrator

Description:The ideal candidate should have a strong educational foundation, with either a Bachelor's of Science degree accompanied by 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, although an appropriate combination of experience and education can also be considered. Additionally, familiarity with the eQube application, including its support, development, and maintenance, is highly desirable. The candidate should also have a proven track record of supporting applications and users within a large enterprise setting, as well as experience with various architectures such as desktop, client/server, and web. Furthermore, the ability to provide end-user support and effectively resolve incidents is essential. Lastly, US Citizenship is a requirement for this position.
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's of Science degree paired with approximately 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with around 3 years of experience, noting that equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be acceptable.
Proficiency with eQube, specifically in regards to application support, development, and ongoing maintenance.
A background in providing technical support to both applications and users within a complex, large-scale enterprise environment.
Experience working with a range of system architectures, including desktop, client/server, and web-based systems, with a focus on delivering effective end-user support and resolving technical incidents.

Desired Skills:
A deep understanding of eQube's functionality, processes, and capabilities, particularly in relation to its integration with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems like Teamcenter and Manufacturing systems, allowing them to effectively leverage these tools.
Experience in administering integration and reporting applications, with the ability to manage and optimize their performance.
The ability to apply engineering principles and analytical methodologies to identify areas for improvement, provide actionable recommendations, and offer guidance and support to end-users.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with distributed teams and influence stakeholders who are not direct reports, while also managing multiple projects simultaneously based on priority and urgency.
A self-motivated and independent approach, with the ability to resolve complex issues and deliver results with minimal supervision, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $77,000 - $133,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
