EPM Administrator
Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way. **The Role:** The EPM Administrator will be responsible for server management, system performance optimization, automation, scripting, IT compliance (SOX, ITGC), and security administration. This role requires a strong technical focus on financial and sales planning systems, ensuring seamless operations without the need for deep functional expertise. Your Contribution: Be Yourself. In this role you will: + Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, analyze logs, and resolve system errors or slow performance issues + Oversee system upgrades, patches, and bug fixes, coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams. + Ensure recovery plans and backups are in place and tested periodically. + Develop and maintain automation scripts for system monitoring, user provisioning, and data transformation. + Administer IT Security & SOX Compliance (ITGC), logging & monitoring, and segregation of duties (SOD). + Support internal & external IT audits, ensuring compliance documentation and evidence are maintained. + Manage data loads, hierarchies, and reconciliations between source systems (ERP, Data Warehouse) and EPM Systems like OneStream/Anaplan. + Monitor and optimize performance, troubleshooting failed jobs affecting financial and sales planning data. + Monitor server health, CPU, memory, disk space, and network utilization to optimize system performance. + Work with Cloud Vendors and extended IT teams for system scaling, upgrades, and maintenance. + Provide on-call production support beyond work hours and weekdays as needed, ensuring high system availability. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following **minimum** skills and behaviors to our team: + **2-5** years of experience in IT system administration, scripting, and automation. + Experience with server administration (Windows/Linux), performance tuning, and system monitoring. + Hands-on experience with Active Directory, user management, and security settings. + Knowledge of data integrations, APIs, and ETL processes. + Exposure to financial/sales planning systems from a technical administration perspective. + Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) for system hosting and scalability. + Familiarity with database management (SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) + Knowledge of SOX, ITGC controls, and IT security best practices. + Experience working with audit teams to ensure compliance with IT regulations. + Ability to perform access control reviews and security assessments. + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Strong communication skills to coordinate with business users and IT teams. + Ability to work independently and take ownership of admin responsibilities. + Willingness to work beyond standard hours as required for critical system maintenance and incident resolution. In addition, **preferable** skills and behaviors include: + Prior experience with OneStream or Anaplan administration (not mandatory). + Proficient with reporting tools such as Tableau, and familiar with Oracle ERP and Snowflake data warehouse. + Certifications in IT Security, Cloud Computing, or Automation (e.g., AWS, Azure, Python, ITIL, SOX Compliance).
