Job Description
The Application Analyst Pharmacist is responsible to understand and conform to clients project and change management
methodologies and may be responsible for leading low to moderate complexity projects leveraging this framework. In addition, this
position requires an on-call rotation facilitating off hour work functions in support of incidents, upgrades, patches, and project task
fulfillment.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy Sciences from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist (RPh) - Certification for assigned application should be obtained within designated time
frame per policy. Arizona Board of Pharmacy License within 6 months of hire date.
- 3+ years of Healthcare, consulting, or IT related experience that demonstrates an advanced understanding of the
standard tools, workflow processes, and/or procedures and concepts used in the deployment and
development of application software necessary to run the healthcare systems business, clinical or financial
systems.
Beacon and Willow certified with Epic build experience
Oncology Standard of Care Protocols build and maintenance
Research Protocol build and maintenance
Therapy plan build and maintenance
Investigational Medication (ERX) Build and maintenance - PharmD degree in Pharmacy Sciences from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist (RPh) AZ LICENSE REQUIRED WITHIN FIRST 6 MONTHS OF ASSIGNMENT - Certification Training and/or certification in assigned
application. Certification or licensure for clinical, revenue cycle, or business unit that primary application supports. Epic certification as applicable for assigned team.
- 5+ years of Healthcare, consulting, or IT related experience that demonstrates an advanced understanding of the
standard tools, workflow processes, and/or procedures and concepts used in the deployment and
development of application software necessary to run the healthcare systems business, clinical or financial
