As the Digital Healthcare Senior Manager, you will:
Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, customized technical solutions ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements
Lead cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions impacting the effective use of Epic's EHR system
Identify, quantify, implement and measure process improvement initiatives resulting in system optimization and effectiveness
Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, enhancing both impact and accessibility across healthcare services
Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently with stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience, advanced degree is highly desirable
Current Epic certification and expertise in Epic's Inpatient and/or Grand Central/Prelude applications with reporting (Radar, Reporting Workbench, Clarity) experience
7+ years experience providing Epic consulting with previous project leadership and implementation experience
Knowledge of Intelligent Care Operations projects involving implementation of capacity management solutions across inpatient facilities
Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
