As an Epic Senior Director, you will:
Provide strategic leadership and insights on solution development and project delivery of innovative digital health solutions
Lead a team of professional consultants in the delivery of technical solutions to our healthcare clients ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory compliance
Leverage your internal and external networks to contribute to new business by delivering sales and industry presentations, participating in negotiations, and successfully closing contracts for new work.
Partner with consultants and client personnel to identify, quantify, implement and measure process improvement initiatives
Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, enhancing both impact and accessibility across healthcare services
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
12+ years’ consulting experience in management consulting working with large, complex healthcare organizations
Project leadership with a demonstrated success in managing large-scale integrated projects within hospitals or health systems
Grand Central and/or EpicCare Inpatient experience related to patient movement, patient command centers, bed planning, length of stay reduction.
Experience leveraging third-party tools relevant to patient movement and command centers
Authorization to work in the United States
A willingness and ability to travel every week and work extended hours as needed
