As a Director, you will work within our Digital Healthcare Advisory team, helping clients develop innovative strategies to advance their clinical and financial outcomes. As an Epic Consulting Director, you will:

Lead a team of professional consultants in the delivery of technical solutions to our healthcare clients ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory compliance

Provide insights on Epic EHR systems to develop innovative, customized solutions with clinical and operational workflow

Ability to independently lead and direct team on the delivery of complex technical implementation and optimization projects

Develop and implement industry best practices for EHR management ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improving overall system efficacy

Partner with consultants and client personnel to identify, quantify, implement and measure process improvement initiatives

Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, enhancing both impact and accessibility across healthcare services

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience

Current Epic Certification in core area of expertise with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions.

10+ years’ experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare, ideally large healthcare organizations

Project management and experience with Epic implementations

Ability to build strategic partnerships within client stakeholders and maintain a professional network recognizing opportunities to expand relationships and identify business development opportunities

Authorization to work in the United Staes

A willingness and ability to travel an average of 50% of the time

The estimated base salary range for this job is $150,000 - $175,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $195,000 - $227,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
