Skills and Requirements - 5+ years’ experience with Caboodle, Radar, SlicerDicer, and Reporting Workbench to generate reports - 5+ years’ experience creating Tableau dashboards - Caboodle or Cogito Certification - Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and clinical workflows - Perform system builds, testing, and optimization. - Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve revenue cycle performance. - Former EPIC employee or contractor
