About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Epic Regulatory Analyst to support our hospital network’s clinical information systems and lead the submission of regulatory quality measures. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting to CMS and other regulatory agencies.
 

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage and submit hospital regulatory measures to CMS and other agencies (e.g., ACO, MACRA/MIPS, PI, eCQMs, Leapfrog).
•    Use Epic reporting tools, SQL, and Tableau to extract, analyze, and submit clinical data.
•    Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with federal and state mandates.
•    Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to design and implement data workflows that support reporting needs.
•    Document technical requirements, process flows, test plans, and training materials.
•    Participate in system upgrades, testing, and optimization projects.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve data or system issues related to reporting.
•    Support downtime testing and training sessions as needed.
 

Qualifications
Required:
•    3–5 years of experience in clinical information systems with a focus on regulatory reporting
•    3+ years of Epic software implementation experience
•    Strong understanding of CMS reporting programs (e.g., MIPS, ACO, eCQM)
•    Proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau or similar tools
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred:
•    Epic certifications (Ambulatory, Clarity, ClinicDoc)
•    Experience with performance improvement methodologies and clinical workflows
Work Eligibility
•    Florida residents eligible for full-time employment
•    Out-of-state candidates may apply for a remote 1099 contract position
