CTG is seeking an experience Epic Radiant Analyst for our client in the Mid Atlantic. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Duties: Design, build, configure, test, and support the Epic Radiant module, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and operational objectives. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and challenges to automate or improve existing systems. Plan and execute new implementations, version upgrades, and system enhancements for Epic Radiant. Collaborate with radiology leadership, technicians, and providers to gather requirements and optimize workflows. Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including build specifications, configuration details, and training materials. Support integration with PACS, RIS, voice recognition systems, and other clinical imaging solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Radiant functionality, such as order workflows, scheduling, protocols, and documentation. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clinical stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery. Skills: Epic Radiant Certification required. Strong understanding of radiology workflows and imaging department operations. Proficiency with PACS, RIS, DICOM standards, and imaging interfaces. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and clinical teams. Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Epic Radiant. Experience with healthcare IT, clinical systems implementation, and system integration. Prior experience in Epic implementation or upgrade projects. Prior clinical radiology or technologist experience is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Radiologic Sciences, or related field. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Pay rate offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
