Kforce has a client that is seeking an Epic Project Manager in Rockledge, FL. Primary Accountabilities: * Responsible for managing multiple workstreams as part of the company's Epic implementation * Accomplish initiative goals through appropriate methodologies for gathering, defining, and documenting requirements, process and data flows and analysis, project and change management, as part of initiative support * Perform effective risk and issue management and reporting, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and mitigation * Leverage appropriate conflict management and problem resolution skills * Utilize resources effectively, monitor and track budgets, adjusting expenditures as necessary, and work within approved budget * Identify, document and baseline change requests in scope, time, and schedule * Effectively communicate initiative status and operational issues to sponsors, team members, and stakeholders using applicable communication paths * Provide outstanding customer service to the organization by displaying courtesy and sensitivity, managing difficult or emotional customer situations, meeting commitments, responding promptly to customer needs, and soliciting customer feedback to improve service
