Description
The Robert Half Healthcare practice is working with a healthcare network to add an EPIC Patient Services Trainer to their team. This person must be a credentialed Epic Trainer.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST
Responsibilities for the position include the following:
+ Design and Deliver Training: Use industry best practices and adult learning principles to design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs, including onboarding and specialized core curriculum for specific employee groups.
+ Consult and Collaborate: Partner with leaders to assess training needs and determine the most effective methods and tools, ensuring learning initiatives align with business goals.
+ Manage Logistics and Technology: Handle all logistical tasks for training events and leverage modern learning technologies, such as virtual classrooms and mobile apps, to enhance instruction and improve outcomes.
+ Evaluate and Improve: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs by reporting on measured results and making necessary modifications to adapt to changing business needs.
Requirements
+ Must be a credentialed EPIC Trainer
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
+ 3-5 years' experience developing training strategies and curriculums for leadership development and/or technical training
+ Willingness to travel in accordance with the needs of the position, as outlined in the essential functions
+ Experience gathering learning requirements from a wide range of stakeholders to understand business functions and needs.
+ Proficiency in using collaborative web-based tools, mobile learning, and social media to deliver effective training and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Preferred
+ Training experience in a healthcare organization
+ EHR Experience, EPIC is a plus (Patient Access, Financial Verification/Clearance or Revenue Cycle Management)
+ Knowledge of concepts and processes related to the healthcare revenue cycle, including patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, claim submission, payment posting, collection, coding, remittance processing, and follow-up
