Epic HB Contracts Analyst
Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Epic HB Contracts Analyst with a strong background in commercial contract configuration. This role plays a vital part in our revenue cycle operations, focusing on building and maintaining commercial payer contracts in Epic for a large and diverse hospital system. Key Responsibilities  Configure and maintain commercial contracts in Epic Hospital Billing (HB)  Interpret and implement complex contract terms including fee schedules, percent-of-charge models, and other reimbursement structures  Manage contract assignments for multiple facilities under major payers such as Aetna, UHC, BCBS, and CHIRP  Collaborate effectively with contracting teams, operations staff, and other stakeholders to ensure build accuracy  Conduct thorough testing to validate logic and performance of Epic builds  Take ownership of daily tasks and projects, solving problems independently and presenting clear solutions  Communicate with contract stakeholders to obtain required details and resolve issues We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Epic Certifications Required: o Hospital Billing Administration o Contracts (must hold both credentials)  Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in building commercial contracts within Epic  Strong understanding of commercial contract methodologiesable to differentiate and accurately apply contract types  Exceptional analytical and testing skills  Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities  Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex contractual language  High attention to detail is critical to success in this role  Experience with CHIRP contracts is a valuable plus  Familiarity with large hospital systems that include metropolitan and rural facilities preferred null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
