Epic End User Device Team Lead

Bloomington, Indiana – Supporting the South Region

This position will be based at our Bloomington offices (2651 E Discovery Pkwy Bloomington IN 47408) with travel to other sites in the South region. May occasionally travel outside the South region. Approx. 75% on site (clinical facilities) and 25% remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design and installation of new and existing end user devices as part of the larger Epic implementation. Plans, conducts, and supervises assignments. Works on complex, hardware, software, and application problems. Installs new hardware and maintains existing hardware. Reviews staff and project progress with manager and provides regular status reports to management.

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

Experience with IT deployment projects in healthcare settingExperience leading small teams of contract resources in healthcare settingExperience supporting end user IT equipment in healthcare settingFormal or informal project management experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.Requires regular travel to IU Health facilities within assigned region.
