As an experienced Epic Cupid/Radiant Support Specialist you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Manage aspects of delivery for their respective modules/services, including day-to-day operations, quality, leadership and status reportingManage maintenance and standard change requests from the client’s Application Managers and analysts; track related service metricsCollaborate with the client’s Application Managers on in-scope activities and identify associated changes and documentation requirementsValidate that requirements are complete, and gather additional information as needed from client staffAssign and prioritize work to offshore analysts; engage with the client’s Application Managers on planning, issue resolution, and communications after Deloitte Consulting’s offshore working hoursIntegrate Deloitte Consulting’s offshore team into the client’s delivery through additional engagement in huddles and working group collaboration to achieve optimal work productionParticipate in change management, application and team meetings with client staffParticipate in operational management meetings and program leadership committee meetings with identified client stakeholders, as required to perform the ServicesValidate output and work with client staffDevelop mitigation strategies for active risks/issues; oversee through to resolution and approvalsIdentify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in collaboration with the client.

Qualifications

Required

Active Epic Certifications in both Epic Cupid and Epic Radiant5+ years of Epic build and optimization experience, with Epic Radiant, Epic Cupid,5+ years of experience with Epic application workflows, standard maintenance activities, and build requirementsExperience with all aspects of testing lifecycle - unit, system, integrated testingBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableRole is remote but one must have the ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
