Work you'll do/Responsibilities
+ Oversee the planning and execution of the Epic ambulatory chart abstraction and future encounter conversion from Cerner to Epic for a client in the Northeast. Prefer an Ambulatory or Inpatient Epic certification. Must have experience planning, leading, and driving ambulatory chart abstraction and / or future encounter conversion
+ Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
+ Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
+ Collaborate with client to finalize resources to complete both electronic and manual encounter and case conversion steps
+ Finalize logistics for future encounter conversion, including manual conversion dry runs and space identification for backload
+ Determine super user and Floor Support needed
+ Track progress of future encounter conversion activities
+ Identify resources, timing, venues, and support plan for FEC activities
+ Collaborate with program leaders to identify client resources to complete abstraction activities
+ Schedule and facilitate abstraction dry runs
+ Track progress of abstraction and escalate any identified issues or risks
+ Identify resources, timing, venues, and support plan for Abstraction activities

Qualifications
Required
+ Epic certification- Ambulatory preferred
+ 7+ years of recent experience with an implementation
+ Experience leading 2 or more Ambulatory chart abstraction projects
+ Experience implementing Epic at 2 or more clients
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

+ Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
+ Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
+ Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
+ Excellent Written and Communication Skills
+ Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000-$155,000.
