Join our dynamic team as an Electrified Propulsion System Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of Ford's electric vehicle portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sizing and optimization of electrified propulsion systems, ensuring an optimal balance between vehicle attributes, system efficiency, and cost.
Requirements:
≥ 5 years' work experience as product develop engineer / system engineer work with cross-function team in automotive related engineering is preferred 有5年以上汽车行业相关的和不同职能部门一起工作的产品开发工程师或系统工程师的工作经验优先 Knowledge and work experience of NEV propulsion system attributes simulation, control, calibration or key sub components and units (i.e. battery, e-drive, etc.) is preferred 具有新能源汽车动力系统属性的仿真,控制,标定或者关键子零部件 (例如:电池,电机等)的专业知识和工作经验者优先 Strong self-learning, self-motivation, innovation, problem solving capability and seek for insightful understanding 具有较强的自我学习,自我驱动,创新和解决问题的能力且善于寻求理解事务的本质 Fluent English in both oral and written. Lead electrified propulsion system sizing and what-if studies for optimal balance between vehicle attribute, system efficiency and cost 主导新能源动力系统的设计选型权衡,让整车性能表现,系统效率和成本达到最优化的平衡 Lead Pre-PS vehicle attributes (Range, On/Off Road Performance / Continuous dive cycles/Charge…) simulation assessment and provide system level actions when short to target 主导项目正式开始之前的整车性能仿真评估。当不能满足目标时,需要提供系统层面解决方案 Lead / support GPDS milestone EVEMS reviews of the propulsion system definition, attribute requirements, and capabilities (virtual assessment against the requirements) 主导/支持福特项目开发节点的新能源车能量管理部门的汇报。包含系统的定义,性能属性要求和能达到的能力(相对于要求的仿真评估) Develop and present system trade-off studies to solicit direction from management 开展和撰写系统设计的权衡研究报告并向管理层汇报寻求方向的建议 Work closely with traction battery, motor, ISC, e-transmission, HV components , controls and calibration teams to define a optimal system to meet vehicle attribute target 紧密地与电池,电机,逆变器,变速箱,高压零部件,控制和标定团队一起工作,从而定义最有的系统设计以满足整车的需求。 Support with planning, program and VI team to define an define a competitive vehicle/platform attrite bandwidth 支持规划,项目以及整车集成团队定义具有竞争力的整车/平台的属性范围, Develop robustness and deep inside benchmark analyses with new NEV propulsion system technologies and provide practical proposals to ford programs 开展新能源汽车新的动力系统相关技术的可靠性且深入的研究分析并将具有可行性的方案给推荐应用在福特的项目上。 Develop customer use behavior studies from connect data to set robust and efficient design sizing target 开展客户使用行为的大数据分析,从而设定可靠且高效的设计选项目标
