EPC Sales Manager - Valves

Partner with the best

This role will be responsible for Baker Hughes Valve - Masoneilan promotion & sales in EPC account for international projects. You will also lead a small team for international project sales, maintain EPC account relationships, to achieve annual sales target.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

·        Leading a small team to pursue international project. Managing team to sell Masoneilan  valve in assigned EPC account.
·        Managing customer relationship. Promoting valve products to end users and EPC or designing institutes.
·        Developing and managing channel partner to chase opportunity, provide training and coaching for them.
·        Working closely with channel partners and  identify growth opportunities at EPC projects.
·        Providing regional market intelligence and customer intelligence in the fast-growing Energy Transition industry, shipbuilding and offshore industry

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·        Have a major in a STEM with 10+ experience in the Energy Sector,or ship building & offshore industry. 
·        Have 5+ experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service within valves, automation, mechanical, and/or process control industries.
·        Be able to communicate at all levels within the organization and able to effectively influence others without authority.
·        Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment.
·        Be able to travel for business frequently. 
·        Good English communication skills.
