Summary: The EPBCS/PCMCS Support Engineer provides technical and functional support for Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) applications. Day-to-Day Duties: * Support existing Hyperion/EPBCS and PCMCS applications * Handle front door ticketing, monitor issues, and troubleshoot * Modify business rules based on changing requirements * Assist with metadata updates, application rollovers, and minor enhancements * Work with finance teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
