The Position

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for event partner of Franchise / DA; play as single contact, communication bridge and professional consultant in cross function’s mega event E2E management.

Drive mid/ long term ambitions, define and track business/ medical affairs /profitability objectives and outcomes, through enabling strategy and event resources allocation, event data insight, and E2E event management. 

Drive cross function’s mega event effectiveness fully implemented, and boost & support business and medical affairs achieving patient outcomes base on the well understanding of the needs and feedback from key stakeholders. 

Ensure Franchise / DA ensure strategy be defined based on cross function’s mega events or planning cycles and event effective run, including promotion, non-promotion, GSD project and internal meetings (e.g.  CSCO, CACA, Oversee meeting, leadership forum, annual meeting)

Ensure fully transparency and confirm all events and meetings to comply with compliance, company policy and SOP.

Provide event and meeting policy & sop, process and system consulting for related team members  

Cooperate with internal & external team (medical affairs, marketing, CMA, function team, health care organization, vendor etc.) be responsible for the implementation of mega event& meeting and project and ensure high quality implemented and meet for the purpose, at the same time, and to establish solid trust and mitigate potential risk. 

Entrepreneurial and growth mindset required as well as good stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with major in marketing, business, or science, and master preferred 

6+ years of experience in the Pharma industry or a related area across business functions and roles & 1+ years leadership experience preferred

5+years of experience in event, meeting and project management, PMP certification preferred
