What You’ll Do:
· Assist in building real estate strategies and consulting for small to medium size clients. Take part in strategic portfolio planning with stakeholders.
· Assist the business with Philippine market coverage and participate in a collaborative team.
· Contribute commercial and financial knowledge during strategy development, economic viability analysis, and presentations. Present property reports and studies on location, labor, and different real estate sectors.
· Prepare one-off ad hoc or subscription model tailored reports (e.g. Highest and Best Use Studies, Feasibility Studies, Competitive Landscaping Reports, etc.) meeting the specific needs of CBRE clients.
· Gain an understanding of the client's business and ensure that property, location, market research directives align with the business strategic direction.
· Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
· Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
· Improvement and further processing of databases and implementation of data analyses

· Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Real Estate Management/Business course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· As this is a client-facing role, soft skills in client networking and communication, presentation, comprehension, and negotiation would be preferred.
· Experience in the areas of market research, economics, proposal drafting, public speaking preferred.
· Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.
· Collaboration skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job field and department.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Knowledge in data analytics (PowerBI, Tableau, Python, etc.) or geographic information systems (QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.) programs is a plus.
· Extensive organizational and analytical skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
· Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
