**About the Role:**
The purpose of this position is to manage space data and provide data mining/analysis, reporting and interpretation to ensure recommendations and proposed solutions for a client's occupancy needs are supported with a high level of data accuracy; this includes financial interpretation (allocations) of data. This position will also assist the Team Lead in developing and ensuring adherence to Playbooks and best practices, and in maintaining a strong and trusted relationship with colleagues and clients.
**What You'll Do:**
1. Manage and analyze space data to ensure it accurately reflects current occupancy, layout, and attributes of each building.
2. Perform and document space, occupancy and audits on schedule or as needed according to quality assurance compliance procedures and submit updated AutoCAD drawings to CAD team.
3. Research and resolve end-user application service requests and incidents within contracted service level agreements.
4. Develop data processes to organize, collect, validate, cleanse, and standardize data to generate insights and address reporting needs.
5. Develop ad-hoc analytics and reporting based on analysis of existing data sources, utilizing a variety of tools.
6. Identify opportunities to maximize data usage, applying modeling and optimization methods to develop new strategies and improve business performance.

**What You'll Need:**
1. 2-4 years of prior experience in Data Administration, Facilities Management, or Space Management.
2. AutoCAD drawing and CAFM/IWMS software experience is preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
5. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
6. Conducts basic financial analysis.
7. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
8. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
9. Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Tools including email, calendar, and spreadsheets.
10. Proficiency in Google Suites is preferred.
