Job Title: EODGRU ONE ExMCM TOA Commodity Manager Position Number: EOEMCTO 002 Location: Coronado, Ca Worksite: EOD Group ONE HQ, NAB Coronado Travel: Yes; 2-3 OCONUS per year (Hawaii and Guam) Status: Full-time Clearance: Secret Date Added: July 10, 2025 Job Summary: The Expeditionary Mine Counter Measures (ExMCM) Commodity Manager provides EODGRU ONE Materiel Department Head with the necessary management, accountability, and inventory of ExMCM equipment within the Government Table of Allowances (TOA) and Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS) / Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) systems. The contractor will develop and implement management processes necessary for sustaining equipment and provide inventory management, maintenance oversight, and technical expertise in connection with ExMCM. The contractor will have frequent interaction with Echelon III, IV, and V EOD commands, Systems Commands, and In-Service Engineering Agencies. Duties and Responsibilities: + Support active-duty and Government personnel in the maintenance, management, tracking, and issuing of ExMCM TOA equipment. + Use DPAS/ELMS to manage and track inventories of ExMCM TOA equipment. + Assess materiel condition of ExMCM equipment and provide modernization recommendations. + Support development of long-range plans for funding, procurement, distribution, and maintenance management of ExMCM TOA equipment. + Travel to Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) EOD locations for conferences, meetings, and assessments supporting EOD TOA requirements. + Monitor inventory and track operational readiness and surplus or shortfalls in ExMCM TOA equipment. + Provide input to and assist the development of intermediate & depot level maintenance plans and requirements; prepare analysis and documentation and participate in decision-making. + Coordinate with supporting TOA Commodity Managers and equipment Type Desks on equipment and materiel requirements necessary to support operations and training, as required. + Coordinate movement, storage, issue, and receipt of ExMCM TOA equipment and materiel across EODGRU ONE subordinate commands, as required. + Coordinate the field-testing of ExMCM equipment and other technologies associated with operations, as required + Track unit short- and long-range training schedules and assist in coordinating maintenance, training and operational requirements in support of Fe/Fg. Qualifications: + Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance. + Minimum of three (3) years of logistics management experience. + Minimum of three (3) years specialized experience in connection with ExMCM systems. + Must have in-depth knowledge of TOAs, their development, maintenance, and application to equipping. + Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, with ability to develop spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and briefings. + Familiarity with the NAVFAC TOA Viewer database, DPAS/ELMS, and Casualty Report Generator. + Excellent communication skills - both written and oral - with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively present facts, recommendations, and reports in a clear and concise manner, succinctly or in detail, to various audiences.
